QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
PRODUCTION
Biofit currently has 3 production plants. The Production Team is the heart of the company. Their main function is to ensure that the main processes and standards are being met. Their tasks include operating extrusion machines and injection machines, cutting, bending, and hubbing.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Quality Assurance Team is responsible for planning, developing and executing Quality Control Plan. The officers check all aspects that are essential in producing quality outputs from raw materials up to the finished products to ensure everything passes the standard. Their responsibility also includes checking the durability, overall physical appearance, and specifications of the products.
LOGISTICS
The Logistics Team is responsible for making sure that the products reach the customers in a timely manner. They also ensure that all orders are correct and are met.
MANPOWER
